Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Iblix Digital, we prioritize our clients' satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality services. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel services or request a refund. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to ensure transparency and clarity.

Cancellation Policy

Project-Based Services:

  • Clients may cancel project-based services, such as website development or campaign management, within 7 days of the project start date. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

 

Monthly Retainer Services:

  • For services billed on a monthly retainer, clients may cancel their contract with 30 days’ written notice. Services provided within this period will be billed at the agreed-upon rate, and no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

 

Special Circumstances:

  • In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us. We will make every effort to work with you on a fair solution.

Refund Policy

Project-Based Services:

  • Due to the nature of the services and time invested, refunds for project-based services will not be issued once work has commenced. If a project is canceled within the first 7 days, a partial refund may be issued for any unused portion of the services, based on the work completed.

Monthly Retainer Services:

  • Retainer fees are non-refundable. Once services for a month have begun, we cannot offer a refund due to the resources and time allocated to your account.

Prepaid Packages:

  • For prepaid packages or one-time services (such as a comprehensive audit or consultation), refunds are not available once the service has been delivered.
