Information we collect

  • Personal information: name, work email, phone number, company, role, and anything else you share when you fill out our contact form, sign a quotation, or message us directly.
  • Usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referrers, and rough session timing — collected via standard server logs and lightweight analytics so we can see what's working and what's broken on the site.
  • Cookies & similar tech: we use a small number of cookies and pixels to remember preferences, measure traffic, and attribute conversions. You can clear or block these from your browser settings — the site will still work, parts of analytics won't.
  • Engagement data: if you become a client, we handle ad-account, store, and analytics access you grant us under the scope of the engagement. Access is used solely to deliver the contracted services.

How we use it

  • To deliver services: manage projects, run campaigns, build stores, talk to your team, and ship the work.
  • To improve the site: understand how visitors move through the pages, spot bugs, and make the experience faster.

How we share it

We don't sell your personal data. Period. We share information only in the limited cases below:

  • Service providers: trusted vendors who help us run the business — hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, ad platforms, CRM. They process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
  • Legal requests: when required by law, a valid government request, or to protect our rights, the rights of others, or the integrity of our services.
  • Business transfers: if Iblix is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may transfer as part of that transaction. We'd notify affected clients before anything material changes.

We use industry-standard controls — encrypted transit, access controls, vendor due-diligence — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system on the internet is bulletproof; we don't claim absolute security, but we do take this seriously and respond quickly when something needs attention.

Retention

We hold personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes outlined here, or as required by law, accounting, or tax-record obligations. When the purpose is met, we delete or anonymise the data. For inactive prospect enquiries we typically purge after 24 months unless you ask us to do so sooner.

Our site links out to other sites — case-study brands, social platforms, embedded video. We don't control how those services handle your data, and this Privacy Policy doesn't cover them. Please review their policies before sharing personal information with them.

Children's data

Our services are intended for businesses and adults working in or with them. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, write in and we'll remove it.

We're based in India. If you're contacting us from outside India, be aware that information you provide may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India or in any other country where our service providers operate. By engaging us, you consent to that transfer subject to the protections described in this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the business evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
